Registration procedure

Payment

Withdrawal of the contract and return

Once the registration has been made, the customer may withdraw from the contract and return it in accordance with the provisions of articles 68 to 79 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, for a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

Likewise, you must communicate the exercise of withdrawal by email to info@literalpro.com. In your communication you must clearly indicate the name, surname and ID card with which the registration was made, and a current account number to proceed with the refund of the purchase amount. If the payment was made by card or Paypal, Cultura21 may use the same system to refund the amount. The deadline for refunding the amount paid will be 14 days from receipt of the returned registration.
